The unique drip bucket is a safer and easier alternative to a drip tray with little spillage and easy transport for disposal.
Cleaning is simple – spray oven with HACCP endorsed oven cleaner, select clean program and wipe clean.
Using Portuguese Baskets adds an additional dimension whereby chefs can cook butterflied meats, seasonal produce and fresh seafood such as Morton Bay Bugs.

Supplied With: Cleaning: We recommend the D92 Johnson Diversey non-caustic cleaner. This is a heat activated cleaner designed to lift the worst grease and grime off stainless steel so that you can maintain the oven in sparkling as new condition. Simply unload the machine, spray the oven with cleaner and allow to sit for 10-20 minutes and wipe out with hot soapy water. Cleaned according to a HACCP Program cleaning takes 10-15 minutes to complete. |
